BaytPlus based in Beirut, Lebanon was established in 2009 under Badr Trading Company. BTC offers and supplies a variety of home-ware and kitchenware products delivering to retail shops all over Lebanon. BaytPlus offers home delivery services of these products in an efficient manner and for competitive prices.
You can visit our warehouse showroom Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

You need to log-in to your account first and then you can edit your account details by entering your account dashboard. Your account dashboard can be accessed by clicking the user icon at the top left corner of website. If you wish to edit your username or email ID, please contact us on info@baytplus.com.
Click on the “Forgot your Password” link on the my account page. You can also contact us by emailing [email protected] and we will be delighted to help you reset your password.
In the unlikely event that this happens, please contact us at [email protected] and we will immediately take action to replace the wrong item as quickly as possible. However, please make sure to keep the item in your hands in the same condition received and with the original package intact.
You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact at your own expense. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item only, excluding delivery and postage charges paid.
You must notify us within 7 days by e-mail or WhatsApp. If you are cancelling because of a problem with the goods then you must notify us at the time of cancellation.
If you do not give notice within 7 days the goods will be deemed to have been delivered in the quantities shown in the delivery documents and you shall not be entitled and will irrevocably and unconditionally waive any right to reject the goods or claim any damages whatsoever for short delivery howsoever caused.
Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, the cost of return will be met by you. However once inspection has confirmed the registered fault from you we will refund the delivery or issue a replacement.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
If you wish to delete your account, you can send us a request through [email protected] and we’ll proceed with it. But please bear in mind that this is only applicable if you have never placed an order on BaytPlus. If you have previously placed an order on BaytPlus – even if it’s a cancelled order – the account can never be deleted, due to traceability reasons.
1. Login or create your free account on www.baytplus.com
2. Shop for qualifying products by adding them to your Shopping Cart.
3. Once you are ready to complete the purchase, click on “Cart” at the top right corner of the website and then click “View Shopping Cart”
4. Under the products listed, enter your Coupon Code in the “Coupon Code” Field and click “Apply”. The savings will be deducted from your order total.
5. Click “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your purchase
